"To Mr. Jon Farney President and Chief Executive Officer Sir, unfortunately when you check the reviews this morning at your Bloomington HQ you will find this. Troubling to say the least, but the consumers of the DC, MD, VA area are fed up! This sort of behavior cannot go unchecked as it seemingly has. It brings me no joy to do so, but my team and I will continue to post this and messages like it at every State Farm location AI can find to include corporate, private, BBB's, and review sites nationwide. One bad apple must not spoil the entire batch. We are just getting started but Sir, you can remedy this; I have complete confidence upon doing your due diligence that you will.Thank you. This is the individual you have representing your brand? Proudly smiling all over the I-net surrounded by State Farm logos? How is it possible that his behavior has been over-looked and gone unchecked for so long? Is he Donald Trump? An F rating? Failure to respond to 24 complaint(s) filed against busines? 617 complaint(s) filed against business that were not resolved? (See below or go to BBB Ellicot City, MD) Seriously? What professional is this unaccountable? Apparently State Farm ones. My team and I are preparing to post this information far and wide. Your lack of accountability to this matter will be received as complicitous. State Farm is a United States Institution, you're better than this! How would Mr. George Jacob (G.J.) Mercherle feel? We intend to ask the good folks of Bloomington, Illinois just that. Stay tuned, we are coming soon to a station in nearby Peoria - WEEK - TV, WMBD - TV, as well as YouTube content providers across the state. In a nutshell, I have been given the high hat for going on 2 months regarding a dual policy refund amount owed. Due to a lack of follow-up, I contacted Eddie Bleiberg directly on 10/13/25. He proceeded to tell me that my funds had been applied to another policy and refused to disclose to me the amount. Both MD & VA law expressly state the illegality of this action. Moreover; this is Insurance 101. I want to know the exact amount I am owed so I can compare it to my notes; I want a reasonable expectation of when those funds will be received, and I want to know how State Farm intends to right the obvious many wrongs that Eddie Bleiberg & Cassidyt Bleiberg and Associates have inflicted upon consumers in the DMV. We are not going away! An apology would be nice too! "We absolutely LOVE working with Jim Myers and Lisa Pellegrino! Not only were they able to save us money on our homeowners and auto insurance, but they gave us the personal time and attention that is so lost these days! Jim spent alot of time with us on the phone going over our current coverage, what we could get at State Farm, and the savings. He answered all of our questions and took his time. We never felt rushed or silly for asking a question. "I have my renters and car insurance with state farm through the Jim Myers affiliate. I have been working with Lisa Pellegrino, and she has been absolutely amazing! She is kind, considerate, and patient - especially with explaining the complexities of insurance. I recently had to quickly add a new policy to my plan. She was able to setup the policy all within 40 minutes! I cannot recommend Lisa and the Jim Myers state farm team enough. They provide a customer service experience that vastly exceeds my expectations. Whether its hand written letters (Lisa is amazing), or calling to make sure everything is going well with my plan, I have been consistently shocked by their attention to their customers. My experience with state farm even convinced my parents to move to state farm for their main policies."
